regulating the internet
1. On the internet, there are many different things that are available for access to the whole world. These things include:
photos
blogs
videos (youtube)
The fact that they are available to everyone and anyone shows a lack of security, allowing strangers to easily find out other information about anyone they want
2. Monitoring internet regulation could lead to a wide variety of problems. For example, people could use information that they have found out for their own personal reasons. This could also lead to information being used for leverage over others. In other words, in extreme cases, it could lead to blackmail.
3. In my opinion the only people that can monitor peoples internet browsing is their friends. They can be turned to for advice and can also offer advice when their friends seems as if they are going to make a mistake.
4. Monitoring internet regulation woud require a large organisation as the internet is used worldwide by billions of people. It would take a lot of people to monitor internet regulation, and it would also take more than one organisation. Therefore, monitoring internet regulation would be too expensive to apply on a global scale.
5. Websites could be sorted into categories, such as sports, social networking and music, Each I.P address could come up under each website when the website has been visited. Then the total number of I.P addresses per website could come up in a column titled "Total", where each total for each category would be added up at the end of every day.
6. disadvantages of internet regulation could include websites stealing other websites visitors. For example, a certain site could see what other sites that their sites lack, in order to make up for their lack of/less visitors.
